In any app, there comes a time when you need to get rid of certain records. Deleting records helps you clear out unnecessary or outdated information, making sure your database stays clean and current.
Step 1: Choose the Record to Delete
(Demonstrating how to delete using the Split view, we’ll remove a record.)
Find the record you want to remove. At the right end of record, there’s a button.
Click on it, and you’ll be presented with two choices: “Refresh” and “Delete.”
Step 2: Initiate Deletion
After selecting the record, press the “Delete” button. A message will pop up, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the record.
Step 3: Finalize the Deletion
To proceed, click the “Delete” button in the confirmation message. This ensures the record is permanently removed.
Once you’ve done this, the record will be removed from the app, making it neither visible nor retrievable.
Note:You can click on the Cancel button in case you decide not to delete the record.
